With over a decade at ETH Zurich's Single-Cell Facility, I've specialized in developing open-source software for scientific research, focusing on microscopy image processing, computer vision, and machine learning. My work champions transparency and seeks to eliminate biases in data analysis, utilizing the Python scientific stack to create advanced, accessible tools for researchers. Beyond development, I lead open-source projects and educate on image analysis and scientific programming.
